Therapy Dog Team Class

This 6 week course is designed to teach dogs AND their handlers, how to be a great therapy dog team.
Prerequisites to participate:
  • Finished a Basic Angels Class or other Basic course from another organization
  • Finishing the Polishing the Halo course from our organization
  • Pass the Canine Good Citizen Test (See AKC test here) at Angels
  • Proof of the Distemper/Parvo, Rabies and Bordetella vaccines being up to date​
The last 2 sessions of the course are field trips out in the community where the teams take their final exams.
​Cost of the 6 week course is $250.
Certification given by K9to5 National Therapy Dog Registry.  1 yr certification is $99 and 3 year certification is $199 (this also covers your liability insurance!)
