Refund Policies
At Angels, we pride ourselves in offering the best dog training in the Grand Valley. We are all in, discuss training plans and options with the owners and rely on THEIR participation towards a path to success. We therefore, for accountability on the owners part, DO NOT have a Refund Policy. The need for owners to be committed and compliant is a part of the training plan and is imperative. A "no refund policy" holds the clients accountabile for their part in the process. Of course we know that life happens. We have two exceptions to this rule and they are rare:
If a refund is granted and if the original payment was made by credit card, the refund will be less the amount of the credit card fees incurred by Angels in the Making at the time of the original tranaction.
Being problem solvers, we have the following solutions for other unforseen situations:

- Extrordinary Situations- After your payment, the trainer at Angels decides NOT to take the case and cancels future sessions.
- Emergencies and unforseen circumstances will be considered on a case by case basis.

Being problem solvers, we have the following solutions for other unforseen situations:
- If you, the owner of the dog, decides to rehome the dog in training during training, we will transfer any sessions left in a prepaid package to the new owner if the new owner desires to work with us. The new owner must schedule within 1 month of the rehoming. This offer is null and void if the dog is returned to a rescue or shelter facility as there is no way to track the dogs adoption at that point due to privacy laws.
- If it is discovered that your dog is not a good fit for our prepaid group classes , the price of the remaining classes left ($50 per unused class) will be given towards private appointments with one of our dog trainers. The client must call to schedule the private appointment within 2 weeks of the lasts class attended.
